Despite the repeated claims about the high quality of water in Germany, few believe it. Yet plastic bottles are neither sustainable nor inexpensive, nor even necessary. With a built-in water filter from bluAqua, you can easily drink water straight from the tap.

In our online shop you will find various built-in water filters, including a model that is sure to meet your requirements. Different aspects must be taken into account depending on the location and place of use. For example, tap water often contains too much limescale. In such cases, a filter specially designed for limescale removal, such as the " Carbonit VARIO Kalk ", is recommended. In regions without heavy limescale build-up, the " Carbonit VARIO Classic " is the model of choice. If you require something more, the " Carbonit VARIO deluxe " filters the water particularly effectively. Other models, such as the " Carbonit FINO Clario ", were specially designed for use as built-in water filters and are therefore particularly space-saving. They also have the advantage of being completely invisible from above and can be installed virtually underground. This means that the appearance of the bathroom or kitchen is not affected, and you get fresh, clean water from the tap. Built-in water filters: Why they are useful

According to tests, tap water in Germany is of very high quality, but the water that comes out of the tap isn't always uncontaminated. This is due to damaged or outdated pipes. This can lead to contaminants entering the water, including highly toxic elements like lead. These can have long-term health consequences.

Especially if you want to use the water despite its pollution, a built-in water filter is worthwhile. This filters out impurities such as dirt, chlorine, and limescale, making it safe to drink. Furthermore, unsightly deposits form significantly less on the sink, and there is no change in the taste, for example, when drinking coffee. The device can be installed without much experience by following the included instructions. This allows you to install the water filter under the sink in just a few steps. The entire process takes about an hour. The filter is not visible from the outside and ensures good water quality.

The built-in water filter purifies the tap water. Any contaminants or particles that could negatively affect the quality and taste of the water are trapped in the filter and thus do not enter the drinking water. This way, you get the taste of fresh water – without having to worry about contamination. We recommend changing the filter cartridge every six months for optimal results.
