Anti-limescale and corrosion protection filter cartridge with polyphosphate
This anti-limescale and corrosion protection filter cartridge filled with Polyphosphate crystals are used for water softening and should only be used for the treatment of domestic water or as an equipment protection filter.
The polyphosphate serves as a so-called stabilizer and reduces the limescale precipitation that leads to the well-known undesirable deposits in technical devices (washing machines, dishwashers, etc.), the shower and the house installation. The water treated with polyphosphate can be heated up to 75 °C - 80 °C; at higher temperatures the polyphosphate gradually loses its effect.
The polyphosphate crystals are used up over time and are available as a refill pack.
