Carbonit GFP Premium filter cartridge / replacement filter

The CARBONIT GFP Premium replacement filter - filter cartridge is a baked monoblock filter, manufactured by sintering process and internationally patented. The effectiveness of the Carbonit GFP Premium filter cartridge is now scientifically recognized and has received multiple awards. The Carbonit GFP Premium filter cartridge combines the well-known adsorptive powers of sintered activated carbon (e.g., for retention of medication residues, polar pesticides, etc.) with mechanical depth filtration (e.g., retention of germs, bacteria, fungi, and other suspended solids). (Not to be confused with loose fillings of granular carbon or extruded blocks).

The CARBONIT GFP Premium filter cartridge must be replaced after 6 months (according to DIN 1988). Basically, 10,000 liters of water may be filtered during this time. However, an earlier replacement of the GFP Premium filter cartridge may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. This is usually an indication of increased occurrence of fine particles in the unfiltered water. For technical reasons, the use of the GFP Premium filter cartridge is only permitted with cold water and must be protected from frost. With each filter change, the flat gaskets of the GFP Premium filter cartridges are replaced (included in the GFP Premium replacement filter package). This always ensures perfect sealing and functionality of the GFP Premium. The CARBONIT GFP Premium filter cartridge is packed in a handy individual box. Only original Carbonit GFP Premium replacement filters offer a functional guarantee.
