The Carbonit GFP Premium-U9 filter cartridge, a baked block filter, manufactured by sintering process, internationally patented, multiple award-winning and scientifically recognized. Combines the well-known adsorptive powers of sintered activated carbon (e.g. pharmaceutical residues, polar pesticides, etc.) with mechanical filtration (e.g. bacteria). (Not to be confused with loose granulated carbon fillings or extruded blocks).

Application instructions:

The Carbonit GFP Premium-U9 filter cartridge must be changed after 6 months (according to DIN 1988). Basically, up to 10,000 liters of water may be filtered during this time.
An earlier change may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. This is usually an indication of increased presence of fine particles in the unfiltered water.

For technical reasons, the use of the Carbonit GFP Premium-U9 filter cartridge is only permitted with cold water; protect from frost.

With every filter change, the flat gaskets of the Carbonit GFP Premium-U9 filter cartridge are replaced (included in the replacement cartridge package). This always ensures perfect sealing and functionality.

Only original Carbonit replacement cartridges offer a functional guarantee.
