The Filter cartridge Carbonit ILP Integro is a full membrane filter cartridge with extremely fine particle filtration through a hollow fiber membrane. The microfiltration membrane can filter particles as small as 0.08 µm (80 nanometers) retain , including bacteria and viruses (e.g. coronavirus Size approx. 100 nanometers). Flavor-forming minerals remain in the filtrate.

When do you change the Carbonit ILP Integro filter?

In accordance with DIN 1988, you should replace the Carbonit ILP Integro filter cartridge every 4 months. During this time, you can filter around 6,000 liters of water. If the water flow noticeably decreases, an earlier change may be necessary. In principle, you should also replace the flat seals of the ILP Clario filter cartridge every time you change it. This way, the system is always reliably sealed and can function as intended.
