The filter cartridge Carbonit ILP Integro is a full membrane filter cartridge with extremely fine particle filtration through a hollow fiber membrane. The microfiltration membrane can retain particles from a size of 0.08 µm (80 nanometers) , including bacteria and viruses (e.g. Coronavirus size approx. 100 nanometers). Taste-forming minerals remain in the filtrate.

When should you change the Carbonit ILP Integro filter?

According to DIN 1988, you should renew the Carbonit ILP Integro filter cartridge every 4 months. During this time, you can filter approx. 6,000 liters of water. If the water flow noticeably decreases, an earlier change may be necessary. In principle, you should replace the flat seals of the ILP Clario filter cartridge with every change. This ensures the system is always reliably sealed and can function as intended.
