The Filter cartridge Carbonit ILP Premium-D consist of a sintered activated carbon block. The ILP filter cartridges are able to filter out many dissolved, predominantly organic pollutants and a large proportion of particles, suspended matter and microorganisms from the water.

When do you change the Carbonit ILP Premium-D filter?
In accordance with DIN 1988, you should replace the Carbonit ILP Premium filter cartridge every 4 months. During this time, you can filter around 6,000 liters of water. If the water flow noticeably decreases, an earlier change may be necessary. In principle, you should also replace the flat seals of the ILP Premium-D filter cartridge every time you change it. This way, the system is always reliably sealed and can function as intended.
