Wound filter pre-filter - cartridge with 25 µm filter fineness is the ideal pre-filter and protects the filter cartridge
The 25 micron polypropylene fiber filter / pre-filter / sediment filter / wound filter filters finest particles from the water. The filter serves as a pre-filter e.g. for wells or rainwater tanks with high flow rate:
