The small bluAqua bilge pump filter / bilge filter is equipped with a powerful oil and chemical binder for absorbing oils and chemicals. The special properties of this material ensure that all of these and other hydrophobic liquids are permanently bound.

This bilge pump filter filters oil, petrol or diesel from the bilge water and uses a material developed in Germany which, due to its properties, attracts oil molecules and binds them permanently in the cartridge. This filter cartridge meets the requirements for oil binders according to the DEKRA test report in terms of oil binding and holding capacity (100 g of filter material binds 0.655 litres of oil). It has a Capacity of 500 g , which is the average amount of oil in approx. 12,500 liters of bilge water / bilge water corresponds.
Easy installation - big impact
The bilge pump filter / bilge filter is simply installed between the bilge pump and the on-board water outlet and thus contributes to the preservation of our environment. Used filter cartridges must be disposed of properly as oil-contaminated waste.
Special features:
- Remove oils, chemicals and other hydrophobic liquids from the water.
- High and fast adsorption capacity, over 6 times its own weight (100g bind 0.655 litres of oil).
- 3/4 inch BSP brass internal thread connections, intended for installation on the pressure side of the bilge pump.
